The Teacher Transfer Portal is an official government platform designed to facilitate the online transfer and posting process of teachers in government schools of Jharkhand. It is governed by the Jharkhand Teacher Transfer Policy 2019 (as amended) and related government orders.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and application.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any unauthorised use of another person's account or credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the portal or its infrastructure.
• Submission of false documents or misrepresentation of information may lead to legal action and disqualification.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of the Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of Jharkhand. Reproduction or redistribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Government of Jharkhand and DoSE&L shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this portal, including but not limited to errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays. The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
