About the Portal
The Jharkhand Teacher Transfer Portal is a web-based platform developed by the Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of Jharkhand. It is designed to facilitate the transfer and posting process of teachers within the state's educational system in a transparent, efficient, and digital manner.
The portal provides an online interface for teachers to apply for transfers and postings, and for administrators and officers to manage, review, and approve these requests at various levels — DSE, DEO, and DEC.
The system follows the provisions of the Jharkhand Teacher Transfer Rules 2019 (as amended) and ensures that all transfer activities are conducted fairly and transparently.
